Unclaimed medals

The Royal Humane Society of NSW wishes to contact persons who have been awarded civilian bravery medals which, to date, have remained unclaimed.
In the event of death, incapacity, changes of address or other circumstances, the next of kin or direct relative may lodge a claim. Such applicants will be required to provide evidence to the Society of their relationship to the original eligible recipient.
